The large Gradient Charcuterie Board (23” x 8”) is unique in its look and design. Although gradient cutting boards have been around for a while, this board is designed to provide an elegant and interesting appearance for you and your guests. It is a sturdy .62 inches thick and 2.5 pounds in weight. 

• Constructed of Maple and Walnut or Sapele , you easily see the beautiful grain patterns and the gradual decrease in the width of the Maple strips as the Walnut strips decrease in width in the opposite direction.

• The large board is provided with feet attached and can be engraved for that special event or gift. It is large enough and sturdy enough for the most lavish of charcuterie layouts.

• Tasteful polished optional brass handles complement the colors in the wood and are there to assist in lifting graciously and assist in moving about.

• The board is easily maintained with periodic applications of a small amount of food safe/grade mineral oil.
